Identity is the deepest of human mysteries and no identity is more mysterious than that of someone whose life is his or her art.

So says Franklin Williams, in a talk that will entrance and pull you into the artist's mind. Franklin Williams, the artist behind our newest exhibit, Eye Fruit, has participated in 90 group exhibitions and 50 solo exhibitions in various public galleries and museums in the United States and Europe, including the Whitney Museum Painting and Sculpture Annuals. He taught at the San Francisco Art Institute for 31 years, at the California College of the Arts since 1969, and at Oxford University, England. He has also participated in the Conference of World Affairs in their panels, performance, and exhibitions.
